“Takin’ Care” Maintenance Program
Maintenance Plans are a program where we will come to your home on a quarterly or monthly basis (depending on your choice of plan) to provide basic assistance to those that could use a little help around the house. Contact us to sign up or for more information (Supplies such as filters, lightbulbs, etc. to be supplied by homeowner. Other supply cost and labor fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.)
Standard Plan
$600 per year/ One visit per quarter
Each visit we will check filters and change lightbulbs. We will “winterize” and “summarize” your home (as needed). We will also take a quick look around and check for any potential issues that may arise
Military/Senior/Disability Plan
$500 per year/One visit per quarter + one call for extra assistance
Same as a standard plan, plus we will pay extra attention to walkways and doorways to check for any safety hazards. You will have one additional “call out” per quarter should you need us in between our scheduled visits.
Traveler Plan
$150 per month/$1800 per year +
This plan is for those of you who travel a lot and could use some help making sure things at home are taken care of. We will do all of the standard items, plus we will check for rodent and wild animal activity. We’ll check windows and doors to ensure the house is locked up tight. We will watch over landscaping and make sure everything is staying healthy. Should a storm or other unexpected situation arise we will check and make sure your house is secure and damage free. If we discover damage, or any other issue, we will notify you and come up with a solution, and make sure your home is safe and secure until you return.
